This is all sage advise my friend. I'd like to write more of my thoughts later when I have more than 5 minutes. Great to see you back in the blogosphere, Kiyoshi. Jeff and I were just talking about you over beers last night.
My company is waaaaaaaaaaaaay to small but I have been runing it for now two years with my biz partner so here are my HUMBLE opinions:

Thanks Adam. Yeah, I have head but never used Twitter for recruiting or job seeking. How exactly would that work? Followers of a company (say Oracle or someone) post a job notice and then candidates reply or do they follow a link to a job page?

GETTING A MBA
I am currently doing an MBA at the McGill MBA Japan program. I will complete the program in 2010. My plan is then to develop and run web businesses driven by social media. Why an MBA? Well, I just love stats and accounting!
A good Second Life friend of mine Velazquez Bonetto in Germany who runs a virtual art space called Diabolus and an on-going series of virtual art exhibits called CARP 1-6 put together this e-book of my work that spans two years. It's a really nice favor he's done for me and makes for a great record. Thanks Vela!

Hi Lance, Thanks for the warm welcome. Just posted a (belated) comment on the monetizing thread. Funny, thought I had signed up earlier, but I'm in now. I really appreciate the work you do in getting us up to speed on effective use of social media (and, yes, its just pure fun too).
Juria? I haven't seen your art in-world yet, but your art is like everywhere in sl :). It's hard to don't notice it. You wrote pdf about promoting art in sl, didn't you? I read it.
I'm 01 Hifeng in sl, i'm into virtual event planning (science/tech/art) and something you could call smm for virtual worlds ;).
Hi, Lance,
Thank you for your warm welcome note. I am glad to be part of the interesting group. I am a baby at social media. Hope to learn a lot from all of you. Yoroshiku!

Hi Lance, Thank you for the warm welcome. I'm (overly) experienced in traditional media and creative advertising, thus a new guy at social media. I'm looking forward to sharing my expertise in the "old way" and hope you'll all be patient with me as I get up to speed on the "new way." Yoroshiku! Kerry
